Plenty of issues but maintenance quick to respond

5 months after moving in my apt had bed bugs and fleas. Danielle and Colleen were very helpful, even visited my apt to get it resolved which it was quickly. I heard they were fired. After that I never got a resolution to the centipede/millipede issue, still a huge problem despite multiple bug sprayings. The issue stems from high humidity in apt and poor ventilation. leaks, the windows, and the bathroom. Maintenance is mostly quick to respond. A big concern for me is that the new PM won't visit my apt or even answer phone calls, will only email. But it is a safe community, convenient to town, and affordable. Plenty of parking but the recent threat of getting towed constantly is annoying. Past few months the building hallways have a strong odor, stench of poop, and newly stained carpeting which greatly decreases quality of life.
