Needs Improvement
August 10, 2022I was living here for 5 years and just moved out a week ago. Pros: It’s a beautiful neighborhood with access to so many things. The building itself is nice. The apartments are big and spacious with nice hardwood floors. They are pet friendly. On-site laundry room with vending machine. The on-site maintenance team are the BEST. They are friendly, respectful, keep the building clean and are quick to respond to any issues you have. Cons: The elevator is always broke. There is always a group of ...older mean sitting in the lobby gossiping and it’s very uncomfortable waiting for the elevator (when it’s not broke). The leasing office is aware of this group in the lobby and they do nothing about it. There is a mice problem in the building (get a cat). There is only 2 bins for recycle for the entire building, they should get a recycle dumpster. They offer no amenities that other apartments offer (business center, gym, etc) which makes no sense because they have the room for it but don’t want to spend the money (there’s a lot of wastes space in the building). There is no on-site leasing office, you have to call the number provided. The leasing office is horrible! They have this “I don’t care” attitude.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live!!!
October 29, 2019Love the location!!. Apts are huge and clean!! Building is clean!! Love the beautiful hardwood floors. You can walk to schools, shopping and restaurants. Manager is so helpful and friendly and she really cares and maintenance is always there same day. Great team!!! I highly recommend this building!!Review from Apartments.com
No leasing office
July 25, 2019I recently moved out of this building and left because there was never no one in the leasing office and they would never return my calls When they did the leasing agent Lisa always seemed bothered to return my calls. I can however agree with the other reviews maintenance is there 24/7 and they seem to always be there more than the office people The building always looks clean and smells fresh this is why I give it 3 stars .The only other thing is I’m am a single mother with a daughter and every ...day I’d come home from work there would be a group of old men sitting in the lobby that would me me feel very uncomfortable, they would say degrading comments and whisper disrespect things to each other. Avoid if you can
June 20, 2018I'll agree with the prior review that building maintenance is always there and are responsive. When it comes to management, it is very disorganized and they are rarely there. Good luck getting them to ever return your phone calls or e-mails, it's rare to never. Despite the numerous hours posted, they are in the office for at most half the time. The rest of the time, you can wait in the lobby for hours and they won't be there. The air conditioning units are too small for the size of the units so ...you'll be very hot for most of the summer.Property Manager Responded

Building maintenance is always there to help 24/7 and any problems are always solved by the property manager.
