January 9, 2025Not good. Expectations were not met and expectations were not managed. As a new resident, they are not interested in hearing or managing any of my list of issues. They certainly don’t want to confirm any of them have been addressed. Moving is stressful enough and I don't have it in me to tackle on a hands off management office. It’s too stressful. Having a broken dishwasher with no expectation on when it’s getting delivered is unacceptable. They certainly have no interest in making it right. ...At least I get a roof over my head, the hiking trail, and views.Property Manager Responded
