Don't miss this one!
January 14, 2025It's easy to look away from this property because it's right off of 380 and the traffic out here is crazy, but... Very spacious apartments priced very competitively! I love the layouts and secured access. Plenty of kitchen counter space and room for bar stools. If you are someone who shops for all the amenities, this place has it all.Property Manager Responded

Terrible customer service
January 13, 2025Allene at the front desk was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Apparently they cancelled all tours this weekend but didn’t even call me to tell me . I drove an hour to my tour and they wouldn’t let me see the apartment. The guest in the lobby just ended their lease and also told me the customer service has always been an issue. Horrible Company - Rent Elsewhere
October 26, 2024Management changed, Harbor mgmt group - HORRID - run away. Trying to charge me 3X monthly rent to move out. They do not fix anything. Absolute horrendous management. Better off homeless!Property Manager Responded

Not sure what to think
April 29, 2023So Mezzo is under new management. I was notified of a package being delivered to the package room and went to pick it up but it wasn’t there. I notified the front desk who told me I had to get in contact with the shipper. Not help yo look no help with looking into the problem. Frustrating. The smell of MJ has been frequent and continues on with staff being notified. Valet trash doesn’t seem to pick up daily as advertised. Not sure if it would be wise to renew or just move when my lease is ...up. Verdict is still out.Property Manager Responded

East coast transplant living it up in Aubrey !
September 30, 2022I moved from the East coast in search of warmer weather, I found this apartment by the help of a great apartment locator. As soon as she should me a virtual tour of the complex, I was in love !! I booked a flight to come and tour the place. Upon my arrival, I was very wary of the road the complex is off but after living here for 3 months I haven’t had any issues. I work from home and the complex is quiet, you can barely hear the traffic from the busy intersection. My neighbors are very friendly,I ...had 1 service request which was promptly resolved & the staff at the complex are cheerful and always willing to help. Super grateful I found this place, I’m enjoying my stay so far. All new appliances, a stellar gym and beautiful grounds. My only complaint is the Amazon/package room, it’s very confusing and can be difficult to locate your packages at time. That is the only con, other than that I adore my apartment and the peaceful complex. Looking forward to the next year and some change here.Property Manager Responded

Off of the busiest road, have fun with getting in and out
April 11, 2022These buildings looks like a state penitentiary, the traffic on the roads that access the property are high traffic and these apartments only contribute to the problem. If you love sitting in traffic and not being able to leave or come back to your complex easily then these are the apartments for you!Property Manager Responded
