Pricy - very outdated appliances - but very homey

I have lived here for around 5 months now. In a 1bd1ba. So far its a positive experience. I would recommend living here
Pros:
I feel very safe here. My packages are always there and sometimes packages can stay at the front door (inside) for days and nobody touches other peoples stuff. One time someone dropped some groceries in the hallway and nobody picked it up for a day. People dont take what isnt their’s. I sometimes leave for work at 5am-6am and feel very safe here.

blessing, and management (Aimee so far. Haven’t emailed anyone else yet) has been very professional and very quick to get back to me with any questions.

For the price we are paying it leaves a lot to be desired.
The refrigerator is very small and doesnt seem to fit in its place and the oven is very outdated and doesn’t even have anything to let you know when its at the right temperature.
No elevator for move in (learned this the hard way)
No trash chutes
