A dream turned nightmare
September 9, 2024This was a nice place to live when I moved in. Now, it’s all rules that are impossible to follow for the sake of making it look nice on the outside. It became too hard to just LIVE. Things like being “pet-friendly” or trash and recycling became challenging while rules about the gym hours and keeping your parking space clear started getting posted everywhere. We got regular emails about new rules while requests we made for minor improvements went unheard.Review from Apartments.com

September 6, 2022Let's start off w the line good thing which was Scott the building manager. I'm not sore what was worse the smell of marijuana or the drug dealers in fancy cars that never left for work. The finishes used are cheap. I'm being charged for a crack in the plastic tub which was there and a toilet that was broken also. I routinely had to take the cover off to fix it. Kids ran the hallway with no supervision also.
