Downstairs units all have fenced back yards and upstairs units have balconies. We offer flexible month-to-month rental terms, so you can enjoy the freedom of not being tied to a long-term lease. Water, sewer, and garbage are included, providing added value and convenience for our residents. At the Michelbook Apartments, we make everyday living easy with modern digital amenities, including an online maintenance portal and online rent payments. With just a few clicks, you can submit a maintenance request or pay your rent from the convenience of your phone or computer. Our on-site laundry facilities eliminate the hassle of traveling to a laundromat, while off-street parking provides a convenient place to park your vehicle. Our convenient location puts you close to several schools, including Newby Elementary, Memorial Elementary, Duniway Middle School, and McMinnville High School. We are also just down the road from 3rd Street, the heart of McMinnville’s historic downtown, often referred to as the city’s “Main Street.” Downtown 3rd Street offers a charming small-town atmosphere with tree-lined sidewalks, historic brick buildings, local restaurants, wine-tasting rooms, coffee shops, boutiques, galleries, and antique stores.
