Beautiful new community conveniently located near Mayfaire and Wrightsville beach. Near a lot of really good restaurants and cool hangout spots. It also has so many amenities to offer and MOST importantly pet friendly amenities! (2 dog parks, and a pet spa).

I took a tour with Riley and instantly fell in love with the property. It is so close to everything in Wilmington but the community is set far enough off of the main road to not feel overwhelmed. The amenities are that of a true LUXURY apartment. The price is insanely low for all that you are getting while being so close to town! I love this place and can't wait to call it home!!
