Management is absent, breaks stay broken.
April 20, 2024Garage door is broken all the time, exposing your vehicle to theft. Management does not communicate with tenants and is negligent to tenant requests for repairs. Thin walls and doors make for loud environment, even living at the end of the hallway. Wonderful location, it's a shame it isn't managed.Property Manager Responded

Excellent apartments and location
October 25, 2020I've lived at Middleton Station for about a year and a half. Several great restaurants and shops in downtown Middleton are within walking distance. My apartment is comfortable, the appliances are nice, and I almost never hear neighbors. Underground parking is a plus. The staff is professional, too.Review from Apartments.com

October 23, 2020Justin and the workers/maintenance workers are extremely helpful. Covid times didn’t slow down their attentiveness or helpfulness when needed for a few things. Love Living Here!
October 22, 2020I love living at Middleton Station. It's close to historic downtown Middleton, to Greenway Station, and to the Beltline entrance, but it's also quiet and feels out of the way. The apartments are spacious and sunny, and the building is clean and well maintained. The style and details here are stylish and upscale. We have an indoor parking space, and outdoor street parking is never a problem. The building feels safe and secure, and I like that it's pet-friendly for my small dog. Great apartment!
October 22, 2020I love this apartment! Any requests we’ve had for maintenance have been completed either same day or the following day. The places are clean, well-kept, and comfortable. We were originally worried about the train tracks, but actually we can’t hear it when windows are closed! There’s an exercise room, a conference room, a parking garage, and a wonderful rooftop with a grill and plenty of seating.
