April 23, 2025A Fresh Start in My New Residence I'm thrilled to share my thoughts about my new residence, where I've recently settled in. The moment I stepped in, I felt a sense of calm and serenity. The spacious layout and natural light pouring in through the large windows make it an ideal spot to unwind. The neighborhood is vibrant, with plenty of amenities within walking distance. I've been exploring the local cafes, restaurants, and parks, and I'm loving the community vibe. The building's amenities, such ...as the fitness center and laundry facilities, are top-notch. My neighbors have been friendly and welcoming, making it easy to feel at home. Overall, I'm excited to call this place my new home and look forward to making memories here. April 17, 2025Overall, my experience living at Middletown Brooke was pretty nice. The area was quiet, and the property was well maintained this past year, which made it a comfortable place to call home. While amenities were a bit lacking, the gym being the only one for year-round use it was disappointing that it was closed for more than half my stay, especially since we still had to pay an amenity fee. The staff at Middletown Brooke were friendly and welcoming. However, during renovations, the staff from ...Middletown Ridge who were covering were nice and respectful but really struggled with communication. I had an issue that went unresolved for six months, and I didn’t feel prioritized, I had to be the one to follow up and reach out for updates. The maintenance team was incredible. Always punctual, communicative, and quick to resolve any issue. They truly made a difference in the living experience. April 1, 2025Middletown Brookes leasing agent Lee Trotman is exceptional. I can’t say enough good things about this young woman. She’s smart and beyond her years. Lee is very understanding and is very genuine. She is available all the times and greets you with a smile. Everyone in the office is very friendly. They all take an interest in assisting you. Their respond time is also in real time. They all work together as a team. They get the job done. Al the maintenance manager came out of his way to meet and ...greet. He is another unique and professional person and is knowledgeable in his field. He is fast and efficient. He not one to hide. He is out in the community making sure everything is running smoothly. You can always find him. He will wave and be happy of assistance. So far all my dealings have been all positive. I am new and think this is a good opportunity for me to explore my new home. March 20, 2025My family is having an amazing experience living at Middletown Brooke! From the moment I toured the property, the leasing team, especially Lee Trotman, was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the move-in process seamless. The entire staff is friendly and always responsive to any questions or maintenance requests, which are handled quickly and efficiently. Shout out to Papa Al and Kendel as well! The community itself is well-maintained, quiet, and safe. One of the things I love most is ...that packages can be left outside the door without any issues—no worries about theft! March 19, 2025Maintenance has been consistently great. The leasing office refurbishment seemed to take way longer than expected, however just after its re-opening we met a wonderfully helpful woman that works there now. March 1, 2025Pretty good place, but a bit on the pricey side. They went and tacked on a parking fee and amenity fees, after fixin’ up the office and gym—though, truth be told, there weren’t much need for it. Looks about the same, just with a newer couch and some fresh equipment. That said, I sure do love the public grill and the pet park. Okay but expensive
January 10, 2025The apartment itself is satisfactory, but the recent steep increase in lease renewal rates and added charges for amenities have me seriously reconsidering whether staying here is worth it. The audacity to now charge for parking spaces is simply outrageous. While the staff is courteous and maintenance is efficient, the policies feel like a blatant cash grab, preying on renters who have limited options. As for the clubhouse and gym, they’ve been closed for an unacceptable six months for ...so-called reconstruction. Now that they’re finally reopening, a quick look from the window reveals no substantial changes. The only noticeable difference is some new equipment replacing what was already in good condition.
