About Middletown I Apartments
MIDDLETOWN APARTMENTS offer studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom options with 22 different floor plans. Direct access to a walking path with enchanting wildlife. Units have eat-in kitchens, dishwashers, walk-in closets, private balconies, and most come with convenient private laundry. Utilities included in the rent are water, electricity, heat, and trash removal. Residents are responsible for payment of optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs to the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in. Middletown 1 & 2
May 6, 2023Middletown 1 needs major updates, ie. paint, electrical. The proximity to the local bar is a problem for many residents. Sketchy people, the hallways and lobby smells of skunk most of the time. Lots of traffic noise, screaming from the bar patrons, etc. Property was turned over to INH at the end of 2022, staff was rude and made a horrible first impression. New management is hard to get a hold of and doesn’t answer or return calls. I would recommend Middletown 2 over Middletown 1, it’s a newer ...better building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 15, 2021The quality of the apartment and the management team are both very accommodating and comfortable. From day one they helped me get new clean carpets when the previous were unsatisfactory and during my last days at the apartment they helped me with the most cost effective way through a situation. Middletown Apartments
October 2, 2017My husband and I have loved here for 7 years. If anything breaks in our apartment we text or call Lana, it is always repaired in a timely fashion. Lana is very good at her job and is very busy, she always makes time for us and any issues we have. The building is kept clean and it is very quiet here. The apartment is spacious and in the winter we rarely have to turn on our heat. Everyone that comes here to visit us either eventually moves here. It's a beautiful building. September 22, 2017We have been at Middletown for 7 years. Our family has made Middletown our home . The apartments are always clean and it a very family friendly place to live. It's a great community to raise a family. The management is amazing she knows everyone by name and all the kids, they all love to see if Lana is in her office! She always has a friendly smile and great conversation. Lana is the hardest working person I know she is a great manager.
