April 15, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comwhen we first moved in the unit was disgusting. carpets were never cleaned. it took 9 months to get them to simple replace the carpets that reeked of pet urine. the garages are SO tight, most of us use them as storage instead of risking our cars. one maintenance person named Larry thought it was okay to recommend spanking my 2 year old child. abby ignored my countless move in complaints until i finally got ahold of someone over the phone.Property Manager Responded

The walls/floors are paper thin and you can hear everything from the neighboring units. My pregnant wife and I work a typical 8-5 and we are kept up late every night by the noise and are awoken countless times during the night from the noise. During the day we wear noise canceling headphones so that we are able to work remote. On conference calls for work the noise is very noticeable to our coworkers. We called ...Fairlawn countless times with no response. When we finally did reach someone their suggestion was calling the police. We tried terminating our lease since we had just moved in 2 weeks prior but they said they would not be accommodating. We asked them if we could move to another unit or property and they said they would not be accommodating. Whatever you do, do not move to Middletown Place!Read More
