September 25, 2025My fiancé, special needs child, and myself have been living on the terrace level since May 2024... So far the biggest complaint we have is all of the creepy crawlers that pop up in our space. Enormous house spiders, house centipedes, daddy long legs. Other than that, the apartment is spacious, we love the central air, and I spend a great deal of time in the kitchen. We unfortunately rarely use our patio since its always covered in Daddy long legs, but the view of the forest is peaceful. Its ...quiet, and neighbors are friendly, but not nosey which is nice.Property Manager Responded
