July 15, 2020I'm highly impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the Middletowne Apartments Manager and her Staff. They've always gone far beyond the norm for assisting us when we had a need. Holiday treats and games, like find this rock and you'll get $100.00 off this months rent. Involves children too! Different incentives to keep the tenants reminded that Middletowne cares about their renters. Pretty units and roomy. Everything works great. Just Right
December 9, 2018The staff here at Middletowne are so friendly and helpful. Monica excels in her role as manager. I'm tempted to call her "Miss Expedient" because when you present her with any issue or concern, she addresses it immediately, and it resolved just as quickly. The staff are also trustworthy, and always go above and beyond what I expect. That is a welcomed pleasant surprise for an apartment complex. Please know that I truly love living here at Middletowne, where the staff always greet you with a ...smile, and are eager to make things "Just Right" for their residents!! I love it!! Keep up the good work Middletowne Crew!!! This is a quite, neat place with plenty of activities throughout the year for individual and family participation. highly priced....not much up grades
August 2, 2015Highly priced apartment since my husband and i have lived here the rent has went up ever year, they were built in 1980's so they have up graded alittle maybe in the 1990's lol but at this time rent is 800.00 for a one bedroom and almost a thousand for 2 bedroom, if your wanting a quite place then yes this would be a great place if you dont mind the old look through out the apartment, i hope this helped yall have fun looking:)Review from Apartments.com
