My leasing agent refused to show me any part of the complex and just told me people just look at the map and figure it out. She also said that she already took me to the apartment. I asked if she can show me on the map or tell me which areas other people ask about or use the most on the complex. She said none, not really, people just tour themselves around. around the gym which was what I was looking for and answered all my questions. Also there was lots of bugs in the apartment everywhere. Someone who isn’t my leasing agent helped me book an appointment for pest control. Other than that I love the way my apartment looks inside and my neighbors seem very friendly, but I probably won’t renew my lease after that experience.

Quiet community for the most part. Issues with pet waste, though. Friendly leasing agents. Maintenance is prompt but issues are not always 100 percent resolved. Great view of lakes/ponds. I wish inside some of the apartments looked as appealing as the leasing office.

My experience living in Midland Falls has been pretty good. The leasing office has a great staff. All of them have always been very friendly and helpful when I go in. The maintenance department has always been top-notch when it comes to fixing problems in and around our building. My neighbors are the best and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I’m glad to be here.

It's not user friendly. But thru it all Lisa worked hard and kept a Professional demeanor.
