While paving is a large-scale project that requires planning and coordination, we’ve already begun evaluating areas in need of repair and will continue addressing them as part of our ongoing maintenance plans. In terms of security, we have several on-site courtesy officers as well as contracted Columbus Police Department officers who monitor the property and respond to incidents when notified in real time. We strongly encourage residents to report any suspicious activity immediately so it can be addressed. As for the pools, we understand the importance of ensuring they are enjoyed by residents only. Our teams regularly monitor pool activity, and we’re continually working to improve access control and enforce rules to keep the amenities safe and enjoyable for everyone. We respect each other's need for peace and privacy while looking out for each other. I've lived here for many years. Neighbors come and go, so the community is always changing.
