Living in Midland TX isn’t that great… BUT! Having a place to call home there at Midland Village was an awesome experience! I lived there for almost 3 years, raised my young family there! Office staff is very helpful, responsive and educated! Maintenance crew are rockstars at their jobs! Friendly neighborhood and conveniently located. Apartment was spacious and had up to date appliances. Back yard and covered parking where awesome to have! I also lived across the street and Silver Creek (jointly ...

When we moved in our windows did not close all the way and could not be locked. When I asked for this to be addressed a hammer was taken to the windows to slam them shut. Ever since then the glass has been separating from the frame and cracks more and more when the weather changes. I have told them several times about the issue and last month informed them our daughter cut herself on the glass and it had gotten worse. I still have not heard from anyone. Our neighbors have had similar issues. They ...
are an elderly couple that sold their home in Midland so they could be in a place as they age with less maintenance upkeep. They told me they have a hole in their apartment big enough for small animals to get through but the office staff basically said “too bad, we’ll fix it when you leave” knowing full well they probably won’t leave until they are unable to live independently.

I have had excellent experiences with the entire staff moving into my new apartment. Honest, accommodating and considerate office staff who are extremely professional. This apartment is perfect for my needs and I absolutely love having my own backyard! Very private with no upstairs neighbor. Management has responded exceptionally to any concerns I have. Apartment is energy efficient. The community is welcoming. This is home living not apartment living! Thank you Midland Village!

I have really enjoyed living at Midland Village. Though it is an apartment, I feel like I am in a home! Every unit is one story (so no one below or above you) and has a little back yard. The maintenance team is really nice and I've always had a good experience with the management. If you're looking for a place to live in Midland, I do recommend this complex!

I have lived here for two years and I have enjoyed it. It is an older complex but the price of my rent reflects that. I feel like I get a lot more than what I pay because my apartment is large. It is like I live in a house even though it's an apartment. Most of the residents here are older, so it is very quiet. It feels very safe. I also love that I have my own private small backyard. Again, it feels like I am living in a house!

This is my favorite apartment complex in Midland. It is older, but I feel like I live in a duplex type home instead of an apartment. The rent is really reasonable and the maintenance and office staff are very friendly. It isn't a new complex, but it is very well run, clean, and quiet.

I loved living here! Having no one above or below you was amazing. Our AC went out once and they couldn't fix it right away buy they at least brought us a portable AC unit to make at least one room bearable. Love the flooring and the little back yards.
