Front Office Service
February 11, 2025We have lived here for many years and have had several different management companies. This one is by far the best one. They actually respond to maintenance requests and take care of all issues that we have. they are very friendly whenever we interact with them. we understand that they are not here to be our friends, they are here to get the job done, and they do it very well!!!! Beautiful property
January 7, 2021I want to relocate to the Tamarac area I drove by these apartments and took a chance and stopped in. I was greeted by two ladies in the office who were both very helpful, welcoming and professional. I especially love the pool and lake areas. It’s so serene. Management is awful
October 22, 2019Lived the for a year, there was always something going, the lady that’s in charge is very rude. She would go back on her words all the time. When you call the office for help, it took maintenance days to come by with more phone calls and trips to the office. Roaches everywhere and did I mentioned the manager is rude. WORST PLACE EVER
October 7, 2019This is the worst place since the new office and new management. Not only do they let people live here without being on the lease but they overcharge and make a horrible living experience. I have lived here for multiple years because I didn't feel like moving. I am moving now. The office manager is very unhelpful. They tell you they will call you on a certain day and they never do. I had to wait 3 months for a working dryer and dishwasher. okay but not worth the price
February 17, 2019i’ve been living here for a year now and not only did they increase the prices by a whole 145$ for the 2x2 bedroom apts but they barely did anything to merit such a high rise in pricing, sure the area is great and the place looks great on the outside, but the inside definitely could be better, the bathrooms are in dire need of renovating especially the plumbing systems so outdated! the kitchens are okay but still need some touch ups, we pay for our trash to be taken for us and it never is, the ...closet doors are falling apart, i’d say to explore many other options before setting into this placeRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

Wouldn't recommend
March 30, 2017Sure, it's quiet but definitely not worth it. Rent increased $123 for the "classic" unit which had NO upgrades. Parking lot is ALWAYS dark since the light posts never work. Vandalism on vehicles occurred 4 times during my lease term of 2016-2017 and management made no efforts to re-structure safety measures. Kitchen is fairly small, no room for dining table unless you compromise for a smaller living space. September 4, 2015There are more cons than pros here. Good thing is, it's a great location for shopping and schools. Also lots to do in the community. Bad things are there is little to NO storage. So do plenty of spring cleaning and garage sales before u move here! The rent goes up $100 each year which is crazy for this place.
