December 12, 2025I have been here since the building open. I feel the building is deteriorating. From strong fowl orders, broken elevators, garage doors and gates always breaking down and taking long periods of time to be repaired, floors being cleaned in a timely and routine fashion, my hallway rug is very dirty and needs to be deep cleaned. June 20, 2025Former resident here and the staff is absolutely AMAZING! The gym is the absolute BEST you will find at a community in Miami. Love the amenities here all together! I felt like I lived at a resort with a gym routine in the mornings, then sauna and steam room, pool in the evening, hot tub to relax. I worked out of the conference rooms often and would grab their complimentary coffee on my way there. Moving from out of state I wasn't sure what to expect when I moved to Miami but Midtown5 literally ...made me fall in love with Miami and the area. My best friend also moved to Midtown5 and when her lease ended, she purchased a condo in the Midtown neighborhood, a testament to how great the area is. She loved living here as well! Also, it's so important to have a responsive and helpful team/staff wherever you are living. This can sometimes make or break your experience. Not sure if I'll ever find a team that replaces the level of customer service, responsiveness and assistance that the Midtown 5 team provides. Fernando and Keith go above and beyond. The community manager, Fernando, and the service supervisor, Gustavo work together seamlessly ensuring the property is in top-notch condition, super clean and always smells AMAZING! The entire service team Gustavo, Jairo, Omar and Javier are so polite, helpful and professional. Concierge is also very helpful! Their package system is very practical and works efficiently! This is definitely a big takeaway you'll never have to stress over. They have package lockers you will get codes for when a package is delivered and a huge package room for any overage in packages which is always very well organized and managed by the concierge team. Location is unbeatable. You have everything within walking distance. You will love heading to Trader Joes for groceries, literally right in front of you, choosing from a wide selection of gyms/fitness studios such as Barry's Bootcamp, Airlab, Sweat440, Pilates, Cycling etc. Plenty of shopping is within your neighborhood along with so many delicious eateries. If you have a dog, your dog will love living here!! There is a huge open park in the neighborhood where you can walk your dog and meet many other dogs and dog owners! Management is a Dream Team at Midtown 5
June 16, 2025I’ve lived here for about two years now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. When I first took over my lease, the management team made the whole process super smooth — no hassle, no stress. They were always proactive, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to work with, which made a big difference. The building itself has a really positive vibe — good energy, friendly neighbors, and plenty of great amenities that I’ve really enjoyed using. It’s the kind of place where you feel ...comfortable, taken care of, and part of a nice community. Best Building in Midtown
March 19, 2025I have been living in Midtown 5 since 2020. So it’s been 5 years and I love it. From the management to the residents it truly feels like a vacation everyday. The building is beautiful and luxurious it feels like a hotel everyday.. you have everything you need from office spaces- gym and asado stations and cabanas for the pool.
