I was repeatedly told I would be charged for a repair that falls under normal wear and tear on a nine-year-old appliance. Despite multiple emails explaining this, management insisted it was my fault and attempted to classify it as “resident-caused damage.” Maintenance was sent without my consent to a charge, and the manager’s ...

        I truly enjoyed living at Midtown 5. The amenities and the staff are amazing. You can't beat the location with many restaurants in the area and a Trader Joe's across the street. The only reason I moved from Midtown 5 was because I needed something much cheaper. Otherwise, I would have stayed. Shout out to Justin at leasing office and Juan at the concierge front desk for always doing a great job.

        I have been here since the building open. I feel the building is deteriorating. From strong fowl orders, broken elevators, garage doors and gates always breaking down and taking long periods of time to be repaired, floors being cleaned in a timely and routine fashion, my hallway rug is very dirty and needs to be deep cleaned. The walls need to be painted in my hallway.
