Move in at your own risk
December 2, 2021Okay so I’m recently living in this building and the inside of your home is beautiful!!! But now let’s talk about the outside it’s horrible!! They have a big block building in the front gate. We can’t access our front gate we have to go through the garage and they said it was going to last only 3 THREE MONTHS yeah no it’s already going on half a year like how !?!? So if there was an emergency we would be so screwed without access to our front gate !! They promote so much I moved in around 2017ish ...and I’m still waiting on the “GYM” I have a two bed room and only got 1 ONE parking while other people move in and get two parking space it’s just not fair! Pool all winter gets cleaned but during the summer stays closed till they decide to call a pool cleaner !!! Oh yeah and the maintenance guy does everything he’s also the leaf blower the gardener everything !!! Living here is a joke !! Cops are here once every week !!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Contacting
October 28, 2019Really hard to even get hold of anyone. I’m really lost why there’s a number and I can’t even get a call backReview from Apartments.com
Recent former resident 9/2019
October 23, 2019Over priced and filthy. The complex is ridden with both roaches and drug dealers. The on site management could care less about it's tenants. They also are very good liars. Lying about anything from maintenance requests to returning your security deposit. 2 years of dealing with pathetic manger, security, and barking dogs constantly. If you're reading this... Keep looking. You don't want to commit any money or time here. Believe me. Not a good place regardless of some remodeled apts.Review from Apartments.com
It’s not what it seems
April 19, 2018So I like in one of the properties. The apartment inside look like the pictures no lie. But the rental building it self is still in work and it’s been a while now. Doesn’t seem like they are gonna be finishing soon. The neighbors are dirty there’s kids that’s throw away trash in the property so it’s never clean. The pool is dirty. Theirs not equipment in there gym. And there parking situation is the worst if you have more than one car. It’s nearly impossible to find parking in the afternoon. So ...not everything is as it seems.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
NOT WORTH IT
February 25, 2018Unprofessional management!!! BROKEN WASHER & DRYERS! No gym (even though it's advertised!) Full of unmannered tenants! Not worth the money!!! The inside of remodeled units are the reason I moved in but this building is HORRIBLE! Deeply regret. Office doesn't care for anyone but themselves which makes it 10xs worse to live here. Stay away!!!
April 4, 2016The hallways and courtyard are always dusty and dirty. Some pet owners do not pick up after their dogs and management takes weeks to sweep hallways. Trash chutes are always smelly and clogged, cause some tenants dont seem to understand that they should put their trash in sealed bags before throwing it down the chute, not scattered around the chute. The courtyard is always so loud with unruly kids who have no respect for property so its always dirty and nasty. Theres always some crime ...happening around the neighborhood and despite police presence, drug use is still rampant in and around the building. Management only renovated their office but left the rest of the bulding dirty and unkempt. Elevators are always broken, the carpark is unsafe and dark, you always have this fear youll get shanked while walking from the lot to your unit. Tenants are loud and noisy, most units are overcrowded with kids and multiple families. Its common to lose sleep on weekends due to neighbors blaring maricachi music until the wee hours of the night. If you do decide to move here, make sure you have the police on speed dial and be stocked up on meds to keep your sanity. Oh, and ROACHES AND BEDBUGS!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
