We recently went through the leasing process here and It’s embarrassing the Management in place // how their primary concern is money. We followed the laid out application process, told them we wanted the unit, waiting on a response…were NOT told to put money down…or that that was even an option… and they leased the unit to someone else who came in after us and did not bother to call us with how they acted…But don’t worry, they still ...collected the $40/person to apply.
