Nickel and Dime & Horrible Management
February 27, 2022A lot of people have already expressed the sentiment that I share. This community nickel and dimes you for everything under the sun that they possibly can. They do not care how strong of a tenant you are or have been over YEARS. We understand that market rate rentals are bonkers in Miami for this cycle, however, tenured tenants that have been nothing but good standing paying members of the community should not be treated as a bottom line burn and churn item on their Rent Roll. It seems that upper ...management wants absolutely nothing to do with the community members and would rather them leave than come to the table on fairness and proactive management work to keep the community clean, safe, and flourishing. Let this be a buyer beware for anyone who has multiple options and is considering this community. On a side note, but a large one, there is ZERO care or control for crime, despicable praying booting and towing, drugs and drug dealing, partying, etc.Property Manager Responded

Going downhill fast!
March 17, 2021’ve lived here for a few years, and when I first moved in I felt like I lived I a resort. Ever since Lincoln properties took over the office staff is horrible they act like they’re doing you a favor for even talking to you. No parking, dog poop everywhere, trash everywhere we pay extra for pest control but you’d never know it. Obliviously I’m on this sight now to look for a new place. Very sad how this beautiful community has gone to the gutter!Review from Apartments.com
