        The staff at Midtown Delray are lovely, efficient and helpful. The spaces are large and clean and nicely designed. We moved in in July and love it! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home.

        I live here for more the 6 years and this community is very safe and welcoming. The people who work here is very friendly and professional. Starting from the management and maintenance guys are so professional and respectful people. We live here very happy ??

        Midtown Delray is a lovely clean townhouse complex, priced competetively with fantastic staff. Very easy to maneuver the application process and we LOVE our new home. Highly recommend Midtown Delray and their team!

        Parking is absolutely horrendous ac broke a few months before end of my lease never got fully fixed made the FPL bill go up because ac had to work overtime to attempt to cool the 2nd floor with vents from the 3rd floor maintenance claimed to fix and monitor but didn’t and took too much money from my security deposit from the last month for water bill but was also somehow the most expensive in the last 12 months

        The maintenance team here are awesome! Super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. The one called Esnel especially is quick to respond to our maintenance issues and always has a smile while doing it. I've never had a good maintenance person but this property and team has made a great impression on me.

        I had just moved to Florida from New York and found Midtown Delray an easy transition and ease of the rental process. I am very comfortable in my townhouse and anytime something breaks they come by the same day and fix the issue.

        I love Midtown Delray community. I have been living here with my family for eight years. we are comfortable and happy here. I like to deal with the community office they are so understanding and collaborative. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The planning of the houses in this community is very useful. In addition to that the location of the community is unique. It's almost near to everything , an elementary school , a fire station , Walmart, Aldi, delray hospital, medical plaza etc. it's ...
        really Midtown Delray nice community. I recommend it to those who would like to live a calm and lovely life.

        I would say Midtown Delray is a lovely community although it’s not gated a very safe and environment Courtesy officer. The staff Representative is amazing by the name of Yolanda. She is extremely efficient and diligent when doing her job. I would absolutely recommend this community to any family or individual.
