Parking is absolutely horrendous ac broke a few months before end of my lease never got fully fixed made the FPL bill go up because ac had to work overtime to attempt to cool the 2nd floor with vents from the 3rd floor maintenance claimed to fix and monitor but didn’t and took too much money from my security deposit from the last month for water bill but was also somehow the most expensive in the last 12 months

The maintenance team here are awesome! Super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. The one called Esnel especially is quick to respond to our maintenance issues and always has a smile while doing it. I love Midtown Delray community. I have been living here with my family for eight years. we are comfortable and happy here. I like to deal with the community office they are so understanding and collaborative. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The planning of the houses in this community is very useful. I would say Midtown Delray is a lovely community although it’s not gated a very safe and environment Courtesy officer. The staff Representative is amazing by the name of Yolanda. She is extremely efficient and diligent when doing her job. I would absolutely recommend this community to any family or individual.
