The current property manager goes out of her way to ensure that all issues that are brought to her attention are resolved. You can tell that she truly cares about each and every resident here at Midtown Reserve. The apartments are wonderfully updated and the rental price is hard to beat. I have been living here for over 3 years and highly recommend Midtown Reserve.

This is a safe family friendly community, that takes pride in not allowing rift raft in. As an elderly woman, that lives alone. I feel safe here. I work weird hours and come in late at night sometimes. But I have never felt afraid to come and go here. My neighbors are great and our apartment Manager is amazing. She is friendly and always willing to help resolve any issues that may arise. I love living here. They have completely renovated the apartments and they are so nice. So if you’re looking ...

Maintenance has always been on top of things. The remodeling is underway and going great. Yes there is noice but construction will always make noice, it is called growing pains. In order to make the complex stand out and be the best in the community, it takes time. If your not happy I doubt you will be any where. But by all means if your not happy then move.

If anything breaks nothing. If it does it's a lot later than you think. When maintenance is working they will make a lot of noise outside or inside. They always let you know when rent is coming up but never when something is getting done.

Been here for over a year. Never once late on rent . None lof the dish washer here work. We've been without hot water for 4 days and all they can tell us is that they are waiting on a part. The same owner had until recently an apartment complex across the street that the city of Tulsa dwelled unlivable and everyone had to move within 48 hours. The city council was here in our parking lot. You can see it on the local news channels. Main thing I'm stressing now is, we have been out of hot water for ...
