I definitely would recommend Midtown Square. Like I said, the only thing I would mention to any potential renter is the cheap appliances and the lack of noise absorption.

I would recommend this apartment community because of the people. I enjoy the parties that are held because it allows me to get to know my neighbors and staff. The building is always kept clean and I feel proud show others my home. Only cons of the building is the gym issue I mentioned earlier and the lack of parking.

The office staff are, in fact, very helpful and charming (even Pat - the guy). They can make or break a rental experience. The property is constantly maintained, the gym is great to have at one's fingertips and the location is great.
