Available to view in person and move in starting on 10/18/2025 # 37 - 2/1 - Apartment is upstairs, 910 sq ft, Rent is $1425 , Security deposit is $500 with special / $950 without special. Available to view in person and move in starting on 10/11/2025 Midway Court Apartments is a beautifully landscaped complex located near Publix grocery store, Wal-Mart and much more. Midway Court Apartments offers a big courtyard, swimming pool, elevator, and an on site laundry room. We are very family friendly and very senior citizen friendly! We currently do not have any available apartments. Please check back in the next month. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into this great community in the heart of Clearwater! Requirements are as follows; Move in special only applies to those applicants that meet all requirements You must have a credit score of 625 or higher and only 1 negative per applicant. If you do not have the credit score and more then one negative we will still rent to you however you will not qualify for the move in special and must meet all other requirements No felony arrests in the past 7 years. If a felony arrest is within the last 5 years we will still consider your application however you will be disqualified on the move in special NO evictions or Broken Lease within the past 6 years. If you have had ONLY 1 eviction OR 1 broken lease, we may still be able to work with you, but the move-in costs may be different than stated above and still cannot be in the past 6 years. Please contact property manager for details Gross monthly income must be at least 2 times the monthly rent. NO Domestic / or Violent crimes 2 people per bedroom unless one is an infant (12months and under). Minors must have separate rooms from adults Employment should be at the same place for at least 6 months, if not then move in costs may be higher Application fee is $125.00 per person over 18. September 9, 2024I am not sure what all the negative reviews are on regarded too this place other than it may be a little dated. I read the information listed and contacted the manager. People Applying
June 8, 2022I called and spoke with a Natalie who I was very professional with and was just trying to get some kind of information from as a lot of people are trying to move including me and my family. Not at all rude to this lady and she had the audacity to disrespect me for absolutely no reason. Her response was “FIRST OF ALL I DONT APPRECIATE HOW YOU ARE COMIN AT US” as if my tone was something other than professional when asking about the application. The most rudest unprofessional person in management. ...My question was about paying $120 for an application with multiple applicants for one apartment and I was looking to speak to someone as in an owner or someone who could provide some more information. Her demeanor was absolutely rude and I will make this known to social media. Never in my life have I been spoken to so rudely. June 3, 2021Way TOO expensive for what you receive. Bugs galore, property manager is rude, on site washers/dryers are always down, pool doesn’t get cleaned as often as it should be, your property will be stolen whether it be patio furniture/clothing in the dryers/ashtrays/packages/etc. highly recommended finding a different place to live. Not a great place. Look Elsewhere
January 19, 2018As other reviews have said, not child friendly. Oh there are kids there, but they are loud, rude and unsupervised. Sometimes running around a screaming until late at night. Laundry room is dirty, and it is used as a dumping ground for unwanted appliances, and household items. Dryers take 1 1/2 hours to dry a small load. The grounds ok, but the pool goes down for weeks at a time, and when it's up it is always dirty. Stolen shopping carts litter the complex and are used by residents for personal ...convenience. The Maintenance crew even use them. There are still trees stacked in the parking lot from Hurricane Irma. Its January!! They obviously won't pay someone to remove them. I guess they think the will just go away one day.... In the Grand scheme of things the rent is reasonable, but you do get what you pay for. Overall a depressing environment to live, and getting worse. Cars and property are NOT safe there, period.Property Manager Responded

Worst place possible
August 19, 2017They are fixing up the kitchens putting in a dishwasher which takes up already limited storage space. This place is full of drug addicts and gang members. Forget about the security cameras they're there just to make sure you don't damage the property. Numerous tenents sell drugs by the dumpster right in front of the cameras. The kids who hang out on the property dont even live there and they trash the place every time. They even stole one of the tenents cars. Just do not move here.Property Manager Responded

This is a typical, nice and quiet Seminole neighborhood and I would know because I am a long time Seminole resident. Don't move here!
June 14, 2016IT used be quiet until Janine Started letting trash move in here. She moved off the property and left a grumpy old man take care of the grounds. If you have kids do not even consider it. Not kid friendly at all. Some tenets have pets even though dogs are not allowed anymore. Rent keeps going up but the laundry room is never working right. You waste a roll of quarters for two loads because the dryers don't dry. Wasps are everywhere. They don't care about this place. And it is starting to show.Property Manager Responded
