I have no compliants as a resident here at Milan Apartment Townhomes. I have not have any issues living here. The front office and maintenance staff continue to keep the facility maintain. I enjoy my Townhome and the community.

10 out of 10 here at Milan. I have been here almost a year and just renewed for another year. I am so happy here. The location is great, quiet neighbors, and the front office staff & maintenance crew are awesome. I haven’t had any big issues and the super small requests (change air filters, etc) are handled so quickly. I love that there were food truck and ice cream events. Those community events get residents together and I hope they continue.

We were in the process of buying a house and it fell through. So we had to pivot to somewhere else quickly. The turn around time was incredibly fast. We started the rental process on Thursday and moved in the following Friday. Kamiya is wonderful and got everything done in time. We just moved in but I have no complaints at all about anything so far.

Feel like the model unit was not at all what my unit was like upon move in. The cleaning and maintenance issues have been absolute horrible. To include mold and water damage just being spray painted over when asked to fix. Even my door bell doesn't work! The gates are kept open 24 7 with random people coming and going. My safety feels at risk. I'm just disappointed overall.

Convenient location to stores and freeways. Community lacks cleanliness, including dog poop, broken concrete edging, stained sidewalks, pulled out bushes with no new ones planted. Gym is really warm and have seen mosquitos, never been deep cleaned just poorly done once a week. Most managers are passive and rude.

I'm very happy with my new apartment. Although I have been living here for a short time, my experience has been excellent from the first day. The complex is very nice, clean and quiet, and I have felt very comfortable. The staff has been friendly and attentive whenever I have needed help. I love the atmosphere and how well-kept the common areas are. So far it has exceeded my expectations and I am very excited to have chosen this place as my new home. I totally recommend it!
