My experience living here turned out to be good, but, the policy that you cannot privatize and personalize your porch should be changed. The staff are very friendly and the grounds of the complex are kept up very nicely.

Some neighbors are slamming doors every day and my entire floor shakes. Other than that, it is pretty good except for the train and cars passing by, also there's still some people parking at the handicap space.

I absolutely ADORE living here. I love my space and its additions. It’s quite cozy for me and my pup! My family loves to visit here, too! You may wonder why I gave the community only 4/5 stars. As the lay of the land shows, there are various buckets around the community for having a pet’s waste being placed in them. However, many of the community neighbors DO NOT PICK UP AFTER THEIR PETS. It is quite frustrating and terribly disgusting of a scene to experience DAILY, day and night, around any ...
grassed area. Pet waste bags are provided to the community for use for free and, yet, they are not being used. The community (your neighbor) doesn’t care that you have a puppy and their dog may have heartworm, leaving their pet’s waste exposed to your new(born) pup. For anyone who reads this review, please note that there are a few bad apples everywhere but the majority of this community is quite grand, especially the staff of Sean and McKenna.
