September 13, 2024La administración hace un tiempo para acá ha sido demasiado negligente en muchos aspectos, soy inquilina por más de 2 años y acabo de renovar mi tercer contrato pero fue un caos todo el proceso, El personal administrativo no sabe lo que hace y para todo tienen excusas absurdas y es casi nada lo que te solucionan. Tengo un storage rentado desde que llegué ahí y ahora resulta que subieron el valor a más del doble sin notificar y no dan solución. Todos los espacios afuera de los apartamentos ...demasiado sucios les hace falta pintura, los ascensores huelen feo pero bueno a la hora de ellos hacer cumplir los derechos están activos pero para tu exigir los tuyos no es posible. La manager es una maleducada que ni saluda. Deberían replantear muchas cosas y capacitarlos mejor al igual que al servicio de mantenimiento. No invierten en nada, en las fechas especiales como navidad y otras no ponen ningún tipo de decoración y hay muchos niños en esta comunidad a los que harían más feliz adornando. Por eso es que cada día se va más gente de este lugar por que hacen aburrir a las personas. Esto es un llamado a mejorar. Run away fast!
March 8, 2022Terrible trash problem. No pest control bugs everywhere. Gators and rattlesnakes and bears on the property. New company came in and doubled the rent overnight. Greedy managers and owner not in anyway luxury. This place is disgusting!!Review from Apartments.com

The poor dogs have to endure snake bites because of the lack of fumigation. Roaches everywhere. The staff is beyond rude and is always justifying all their wrongs, they are not helpful and neglect treatment. Marihuana smell. Horrible Trash Problem and Horrible New Management
August 18, 2021Lived there for 2 1/2 years. New management came in and the place went downhill real fast. Horrible trash problem, its always overflowing and infested with bugs which is absolutely disgusting. Don't even get me started on the smell. There are dogs barking constantly all night long. Horrible mosquito and snake problem. One of the women from the new management is so rude and has a huge attitude problem. We never had any complaints against us and always paid our rent on time but when new management ...came along they decided to up our rent drastically and nickel and dime us for everything. They say part of it goes towards pest control but i don't think thats true considering the horrible mosquito and cockroach problem every resident seems to have.
