    I am amazed at the number of reviews stating its a quiet place. I would love to know which building you live in so that I could put in a request for a transfer because as I am typing this message people are fighting and screaming and its only noon, and at night the smell of weed is in my apartment which actually caused my alarm to go off at 2:21 am two weeks ago. I will not even bother bringing this up to the management team anymore because complaints are labelled as neighbor disputes. I am just ...

    Not worth the price. Poor management that is not very helpful. Rats around the property! People don’t clean up after their dogs and the playgrounds are in a poor condition.

    I've been living at Milestone Apartments for around two years. The community is peaceful, neighbors are friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The gym and other amenities are also well-kept and convenient. However, the rent has increased significantly, and there's no incentive or consideration for long-term residents. With the rising costs of moving, it's becoming harder to justify staying or leaving. It would be great if management could offer some benefits to those who’ve been ...

    Everyone in my building have been nice, people usually stay to themselves. The community is kept clean and things get fixed in a timely manner. I’ve had a package misplaced and someone was kind enough to drop it back off at our door.

    This apartment complex is in a great location with a quiet neighborhood feel, conveniently close to shops and I-270. Maintenance is responsive and typically resolves issues promptly. However, package and mailroom management could be more organized, as packages can sometimes be difficult to retrieve. Communication with residents also needs improvement.     The neighborhood is quiet.. and spacious I like it here. Seems clean for the most part and my building feels safe and I truly love how the playground is right outside my patio really good for my daughter since I have a 7 month old it’s so close to home I love it.

    The apartment complex offers a well-maintained and clean living environment, with a highly responsive maintenance team that typically resolves issues within 24 hours. Management is proactive and attentive to resident concerns, ensuring a positive living experience. However, there are areas that require improvement. The gym facility is often too warm, making workouts uncomfortable, and lacks disinfectant wipes for equipment cleaning. Additionally, some equipment, like the stationary bike, needs ...
    repairs. The HVAC system within the apartments can be quite noisy, which may be disruptive, especially at night. Residents have also noted that water pressure is lower than ideal, affecting daily use. Lastly, while communication from management is appreciated, the frequency of email notifications can be excessive. Overall, the apartment provides a comfortable living space, but addressing these concerns would enhance the resident experience.
