    I have been living at Milestone for over 20 years and I couldn't be happier. The staff is amazing and always greet you with a smile. Always attentative to your needs. Treat you with respect! Maintenance is great; handle all requests in a highly satisfactory manner and on time. Grounds are kept clean and well-maintained. They are also respectful and coureous!     I am amazed at the number of reviews stating its a quiet place. I would love to know which building you live in so that I could put in a request for a transfer because as I am typing this message people are fighting and screaming and its only noon, and at night the smell of weed is in my apartment which actually caused my alarm to go off at 2:21 am two weeks ago. I will not even bother bringing this up to the management team anymore because complaints are labelled as neighbor disputes. I am just ...

    Not worth the price. Poor management that is not very helpful. Rats around the property! People don’t clean up after their dogs and the playgrounds are in a poor condition.

    I've been living at Milestone Apartments for around two years. The community is peaceful, neighbors are friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The gym and other amenities are also well-kept and convenient. However, the rent has increased significantly, and there's no incentive or consideration for long-term residents. With the rising costs of moving, it's becoming harder to justify staying or leaving. It would be great if management could offer some benefits to those who’ve been ...

    Everyone in my building have been nice, people usually stay to themselves. The community is kept clean and things get fixed in a timely manner. I’ve had a package misplaced and someone was kind enough to drop it back off at our door.

    This apartment complex is in a great location with a quiet neighborhood feel, conveniently close to shops and I-270. Maintenance is responsive and typically resolves issues promptly. However, package and mailroom management could be more organized, as packages can sometimes be difficult to retrieve. Communication with residents also needs improvement. Sometimes messages are sent via email, while other times they're just posted on your door or the community board, making it easy to miss important ...

    The neighborhood is quiet.. and spacious I like it here. Seems clean for the most part and my building feels safe and I truly love how the playground is right outside my patio really good for my daughter since I have a 7 month old it’s so close to home I love it.
