November 21, 2025I have been living at Milestone for over 20 years and I couldn't be happier. The staff is amazing and always greet you with a smile. Always attentative to your needs. Treat you with respect! Maintenance is great; handle all requests in a highly satisfactory manner and on time. Grounds are kept clean and well-maintained. They are also respectful and coureous! Quiet?
May 16, 2025I am amazed at the number of reviews stating its a quiet place. I would love to know which building you live in so that I could put in a request for a transfer because as I am typing this message people are fighting and screaming and its only noon, and at night the smell of weed is in my apartment which actually caused my alarm to go off at 2:21 am two weeks ago. I will not even bother bringing this up to the management team anymore because complaints are labelled as neighbor disputes. I am just ...looking for a better place so I can break my lease asap.Property Manager Responded

April 25, 2025I've been living at Milestone Apartments for around two years. The community is peaceful, neighbors are friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The gym and other amenities are also well-kept and convenient. However, the rent has increased significantly, and there's no incentive or consideration for long-term residents. With the rising costs of moving, it's becoming harder to justify staying or leaving. April 8, 2025This apartment complex is in a great location with a quiet neighborhood feel, conveniently close to shops and I-270. Maintenance is responsive and typically resolves issues promptly. However, package and mailroom management could be more organized, as packages can sometimes be difficult to retrieve. Communication with residents also needs improvement. Sometimes messages are sent via email, while other times they're just posted on your door or the community board, making it easy to miss important ...updates.Property Manager Responded
