Great Property and Incredible Customer Service

She made the application process straightforward and effortless. She was patient and addressed all of my matters graciously and thoroughly. Lovely Property!
October 28, 2022I took a tour today with my daughter and her boyfriend. What a beautifully maintained apartment. The grounds were pristine. So close to the beach. We took a walk around the neighborhood and what a nice community. Lauren, the property manager, was so patient and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and really took her time with us. Great area!
September 16, 2021What a beautiful place. The grounds are well maintained and the area is perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful today on our first visit. They were honest and up front. I also got to speak with a current resident who spoke very highly of the place on her way to do laundry! Incredible rate, great property and excellent leasing office
August 26, 2021Moving in a couple of weeks. Have worked with the leasing office for a couple of months. They have been open, honest and helpful with all of our requests. The property is gorgeous and is within a 3 to 5 minute walk of the beach. Beautiful interior apartments and very spacious. Beach life at its finest
