April 5, 2019I lived in the apartments for several years, the neighbors are great, the rent is affordable. Great location and anytime I had a issue management took care of it promptly.Review from Apartments.com
Not a place to live
October 10, 2018The walls and floors are so thin you can hear people coughing and snoring in the other apartments and everytime you move the floor creaks. They shut the water off once a week, so when you come home from work covered in sweat you just have to suffer through it until they decide to turn it back on. The rent is very expensive for what you get. The apartment is very small, the sinks leak, the fridge leaks, the lock on the door doesn't turn all the way, the lightbulbs burn out every month. You don't ...even get free laundry included with the expensive rent. Half the neighbors are crackheads who do drugs, scream at their kids every day, and come home late at night yelling in the parking lot. 10/10 would not recommend.Property Manager Responded
December 3, 2018It is an older building, and thus hearing neighbors can happened. However, water is NOT shut off once a week. There are occasions when this must be done. When that happens, our customers are notified. Repairs are made when written requests are submitted. As for having crackheads and people screaming at their children all of the time, we respectfully reject that statement Please consider that if that was the case, Milford Park would not be a full house with a waiting list. I con only surmise by the execrated complaints, that 10/10 was asked leave or evited. I wish this person well.
