Happy in our new home!
February 19, 2024We relocated from Louisiana in July 2023. Our online search led us to check out Mill Hollow. We knew instantly this was what we were looking for since we were downsizing from over 2,000 square foot home to 1,400. Dennis was very helpful and accommodating to make the move as smooth as possible. Our new neighbors warmly greeted us. We love the location. Our dogs are thrilled with the new dog park. Very Nice Place to Live
February 4, 2024We moved here last fall. Dennis, the property manager, has been very responsive and accommodating. The units are very modern and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The neighbors are very nice and it is quiet and relaxing. There are many nice amenities, including a new dog park. New site management a great improvement
February 1, 2024We rent unit 31 at Mill Hollow. The site is beautiful and cosy, but we had heard about management problems. So, last spring (2023) we quizzed the new site manager. He was aware that things had not been going well, and was working to improve response to renters requests. Since then we have found him and his staff to be quite friendly and helpful. There are still some rough spots resulting from Greyhill taking majority ownership; e.g. their lease signing process on the portal does not provide a ...paper copy for the renter.
