September 13, 2025Living at Mill House has been an outstanding experience from the very beginning. As one of the original residents since the grounds were first developed, I can honestly say it has been a true blessing to call this community home. The leasing office and management staff consistently go above and beyond to create a welcoming and engaging environment. They coordinate regular social events for the community, including weekly activities, food truck visits, and social hours where residents can meet ...and greet neighbors. These efforts make it easy to feel connected and part of a vibrant community. The service and maintenance team is equally exceptional, always visible, actively working around the property, assisting with projects, and completing work orders promptly—typically within the same day or within 12 to 24 hours. Their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication ensure that both the community and individual residential units are consistently well maintained. Overall, Mill House provides a supportive, well-managed, and friendly environment. Slow Maintenance and Rude Employees
October 16, 2024Maintenance takes over a week to respond to requests, even emergency ones where your washer is leaking a whole load of water all over your floor. I was unable to wash clothes at my apartment for almost two weeks.Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2024Spotted this place on the way up the hill to another community and I am so glad I stopped in. The leasing agent Jaydah was awesome! The place is just beautiful. Closets are very spacious. The kitchen is so beautiful, so much cabinet space. I am not a fan of everything in the living space but it works here. Everything is spread out with just enough room so you can have big pieces of furniture and it not feel cluttered. I have a decent view of nature. I can’t wait to relax and sit on my balcony. ...The community itself is nice. I took a little stroll last night to see and it was very calming. October 10, 2022Mill House Apartments is a great community with AMAZING office staff. Between the convenience, amenities, friendly staff and neighbors, not to mention the events (food trucks, ice cream trucks and activities in the clubhouse) it has been more than a pleasure and a beautiful welcoming to South Carolina. My only ask would be something for the children that live in the community other than that this place is at the top of my list and I mean top.
