Amazing staff
June 4, 2024Mill Run apartments have the most polite and professional staff. I was first greeted by Chanel the assistant manager on the phone. She was very helpful and kind, she even gave me information on how to retrieve documents i needed for the rental process. When I arrived they were on lunch and the maintenance man was very polite and informed them we were there and they allowed us to come inside. Once inside I met with Reecie the leasing consultant, who helped me submit my application and made it a ...breeze because she entertained my two children so I was able to focus, she gave them popsicles and even a mini tour and showed them the pool. My experience overall was amazing, I felt welcomed and was given a lot of compassion. I'm really looking forward to moving in to our new home.Property Manager Responded

January 19, 2021Bugs, bugs, and more bugs (yes, I'm talking about roaches) Pest control doesn't work. And the apartments are outdated. The carpet wasn't new and it was ripped in some places. Oh, and the pool is never open under the new management! Summer 2019 was closed for 3 weeks because they were cleaning it, in July!Property Manager Responded

Extremely terrible place to live!
June 28, 2019If I could give this complex 0 stars I would! Ever since we moved in back in February we have had nothing but problems from bugs in the apartment to poor management. We haven't had working a/c in weeks and maintenance won't come look at it. Pest control does not come out unless requested and still takes forever to come when requested. Our water heater is rusted and the hot water is scorching hot when someone flushes the toilet even after they turned the temperature down and the management is very ...rude and does not work well with the residents. Moral of the story DO NOT MOVE HERE the specials they're giving are not worth the headache that you'll get from dealing with them.Property Manager Responded
