She was very helpful and kind, she even gave me information on how to retrieve documents i needed for the rental process. When I arrived they were on lunch and the maintenance man was very polite and informed them we were there and they allowed us to come inside. Once inside I met with Reecie the leasing consultant, who helped me submit my application and made it a ...breeze because she entertained my two children so I was able to focus, she gave them popsicles and even a mini tour and showed them the pool. Ever since we moved in back in February we have had nothing but problems from bugs in the apartment to poor management. We haven't had working a/c in weeks and maintenance won't come look at it. Pest control does not come out unless requested and still takes forever to come when requested. Our water heater is rusted and the hot water is scorching hot when someone flushes the toilet even after they turned the temperature down and the management is very ...rude and does not work well with the residents.
