Pros: Proximity to Cleveland Metro Parks. Good, new appliances. Cons: Management is *horrible* - poor communication and lack of professionalism and general friendliness. You can hear everything that your neighbors do and say. New "eco friendly" toilet would need to be flushed 2-3 times to actually flush. Ant problem. Dirty halls. Dirty apartment at move in - floor turned feet black and dead bugs in every corner. Do NOT trust the 3D tour. Had the worst, smallest, and least functional kitchen ...

I've ever seen. Horrible out door space on the property. Hostile parking environment. Overall, the apartment in general is a sore sight in beautiful Berea and the management and apartment itself is the worst I've personally experienced. There are many other apartment complex options within the general area that are comparable in price and far better options.

If you’re just moving out of your parents house or are in college and want something away from home, then this place is perfect. The apartments are spacious and the management is nice. Don’t plan on getting a large couch tho because it won’t fit through the hallways. We were lucky enough to have one of the apartments with balconies and ended up taking it in and out through there. The kitchens are very small so definitely plan on getting lots of storage for all of your extra appliances. Parking is ...

awful. There are not enough spots near all buildings for all tenants to be able to park near their building. There is one line of visitors parking in the back of the lot that has maybe 10 spaces and if you live in the very front, then your guests have to walk up all the way from the back. This was my first apartment with my fiancé and we have had no issues besides the parking and small kitchen. So if you’re just starting out then this is a perfect place for you.

If you wanna have a leaky kitchen sink, a broken bathroom sink, a freezer that doesn’t work, (that they won’t fix) noticeable mold spores coming from the bathroom above you that you can tell they tried to cover up with paint but failed miserably, have absolutely no parking near your actual building, no guest parking what so ever so hopefully you don’t have friends or family that wanna come over, or for them to wanna search your apartment cause other people complain about the smell of “cat urine” ...

coming from YOUR unit even though you don’t have cats. OH not to mention the bug problem that they claim to “handle” monthly. Than be my guest, 10/10 don’t recommend

I love it! It's the perfect size for my son and I. Includes a pool that we can not wait to get into. Super friendly staff and and neighbors. I love the somewhat secluded area and that's it's 10 min from the city.
