December 4, 2023Mill Valley Estates is a very lovely, peaceful, and beautiful place to live. I have lived here almost twenty- four years. It is a safe place to live. There are cameras in the parking lots and security guards at night. The grounds are beautiful and are kept very clean. The apartments are kept nicely inside and outside. Maintenance is done well. I have repeatedly been given incorrect information about the apartment itself, the application process, my payments, and all other aspects of living at Mill Valley by realtor staff themselves. August 11, 2023I have lived at Mill Valley Estates for twenty three years. I love it here. The apartments are spacious, sunny, and modern. Each apartment has two bathrooms, a regular size washer and dryer hook ups, a dishwasher, and efficient air conditioning. Maintenance is good and the common areas and grounds are kept immaculately. The lawns are very well tended, there are really nice trees, and there are very beautiful flower gardens. We even have a big family of deer that pass through the woods that ...you might catch a glimpse of at twilight. Heat and hot water is included in the rent. You have access to high speed internet, package handling, a play ground, a fitness room, a resident garden, walking paths, a basketball court, and ample parking, excellent snow and ice removal in the parking lots and the place is beautifully landscaped. There are security cameras on all parking lots and buildings, there is very good lighting, and there are evening security guards. There is a picnic area with grills and tables and you can have a grill or outside furniture and plants on your patio. There are even little book houses where you can donate a book or take a book. The book houses have benches next to them where you can sit surrounded by a beautiful flower garden, read, or visit with neighbors. There is a resident portal where you can pay your rent online and buy and sell on or send a message to other residents on. The site also has interest groups so you can meet your neighbors. Maintenance is good here. The residents here are a mix of students, some long term residence and new families and we all seem to get along. There are six two bedroom handicapped apartments like mine that are very handicap accessible. They are two, three, and four bedroom apartments here. This is a peaceful, quiet, and friendly place to live. I think that people feel good about living here and happy people get along well with their neighbors. Everybody is welcome here and people look out for one another, which gives it a home town feeling. People live here from all over the country and all over the world while they go to school or settle in the area. November 7, 2022I love Mill Valley Estates and I have lived here for almost twenty two years. I love the grounds and the apartment. It is a safe, quiet, friendly, and beautiful place to live. I love the sunny living room and up to date appliances and fixtures. I love that staff is attentive, professional, and extremely polite. This means a lot to me. There are many amenities that make it nice to live here, from well kept grounds which include garden plots, walking paths, benches near little library houses ...and flower beds that are spectacular for all the growing season, to the exercise room and state of the art washers and dryers. We are on the bus route and this is a real plus because although this place has a rural feel to it, we are close to everything we could possibly need.Property Manager Responded

October 20, 2022I remember when this place feel like home. The ladies in the office were so nice and gave us the most fun stuff and times. I do not know what happened, but we had no anything for a long time. They paint the bench it look so sad. So expensive but nothing nice anymore.Property Manager Responded

August 8, 2022This is a great place to live. The peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings make it a pleasant place to call home. It is close to stores, and the town center but far enough away to not have a lot of traffic. The management here and maintenance here are top notch. Everything has been updated! We have a community garden, a play ground, nice flower beds, little libraries, sitting benches, great sidewalks, a walking trail, a bike fixing station, electric car charging stations, and an exercise ...room.
