Very nice place
May 13, 2025I have lived at MOM for about 19 months and it has a lot to offer, close to the Mayo Clinic and downtown Austin. The management and maintenance is excellent and very friendly. It has a very nice fitness room with basically everything you could ask for. A comfortable and relaxing 8 seat theater that is so enjoyable. Loving our free time!
August 15, 2024I have been living here since Oct of 2023. Love the building, the amenities and the community. The location is right in the center of town and a few steps away from downtown restaurants/bars and walking/biking paths. MOM is a GREAT Place to Live!
August 15, 2024I have lived here nearly a year and the biggest thing I can say is I love that this is a SAFE and fun place to live! I enjoy the theater room and game room and love that there are multiple outdoor spaces to grill and gather with family and friends. The staff have always been quick to respond to questions or concerns and I cannot thank them enough for making this such an inviting and warm environment. The building is located across from Mill Pond which provides a wonderful walking path and near ...the YMCA and all the downtown businesses!
