Dont fall for the pictures
October 12, 2024I left because the area is suspect and they kept raising rent yet didn’t want to fix anything on the grounds or in apartment. On top of that the roaches were unbearable.Review from Apartments.com

May 14, 2024Worst complex ever! Roaches are bad, even the roaches have roaches. They never repair anything. The tubs pealed paint, parking lot lights are out, storm damage never repaired, front gate never works, etc. Management does nothing but make threats against tenants to charge fees. Don't move here!
November 11, 2021They don't fix anything we have residents that have holes in ceiling that has been there over 2years. Patio and parking lot flooding. Roofs collapsed. Management is rude. If you know what's good for you don't waste your time or money. Roaches running rampant.Property Manager Responded

Do Not Move here
June 25, 2020Nothing in their model unit looks even remotely close to your own unit. I lived here for three months and in good faith took the apartment because the property manager expressed that she would take care of all the issues that we had and it takes 4 to 5 emails to get the property manager to send somebody out every single time we had an issue. Our apartment has a giant roach infestationThat cannot be gotten rid of, a rat infestation that I’m still not sure is taking care of , And we are constantly ...finding more and more wrong with our apartment the longer we live here. They painted over roaches that were dead on the wall and left them there and then the property manager turned around and tried to claim that she had no idea that the property had any type of infestation before we moved in and that we are the issue for the roaches very rudely took photos of our home as if it was a farm , also Property manager lies about pretty much everything that has to do with communication in your own apartment And is very unprofessional (lakiesha). From the moment that we have moved in we have documented every request took in photos of every problem and expressed our concerns and the company cannot do anything to let us out of our lease early Even though I’ve expressed to her how uncomfortable this makes us feel . Horrible all around
June 7, 2020Roaches and ants everywhere. When I moved in I had no hot water and they didn’t fix it for two weeks. My air conditioning did not work, they came out 3 times to “fix” it before they came in and replaced the whole unit. Office staff is horrible, extremely rude. They will ignore calls because they have caller ID. There were homeless people sleeping in the laundry facility.Review from Apartments.com

June 28, 2019First off we put in maintenance requests the day we moved in and they NEVER in the whole 12 months we lived there did they EVER come and fix those. We put in several requests to have pest control come and spray for bugs and they again never once showed up. The roach problem they have is TERRIBLE. OUR RENT WAS STOLEN!!! You will gunshots weekly and when you go to tell the front office(like it says in the lease) they say "Weird no one else has reported it". People are constantly selling drugs and ...being loud at all hours of the night in the parking lot and harassing you as you enter your home, again when you go to report it the front office tells you "that sounds like a job for the police department". Wort Place Ever
September 9, 2016This place has been a nightmare. I'd give it negative stars if I could. Move in got prolonged to 2 days after originally planned. During the walk through we saw roaches but the unit was vacant so we expected that. They claimed they sprayed but it was still horrible. After complaining for months we finally found out our names were never put on the list. There is now a roach infested apartment and all they want to do is regular sprays and document that we don't have any issues. We had a leak from ...the upstairs apartment 3 months ago and it just got fixed August 30th, weeks after code enforcement contacted them. We also had another leak and after notifying maintenance, no one has been to our home to check it out or inform us of what happened upstairs. BUT they did come to give us a 3 day notice because we withheld rent. I have 2 young children in this apartment with health issues and this place doesn't care about anything but their monthly rent payment. I wouldn't send anyone here and I don't suggest you come considering right after we complained they had a management company change and from what I've heard this is not the first.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I guess it could be worse...
August 6, 2015I have been living at Millenia West for approximately 7 months now and I regret ever signing a lease, let alone a 14 month lease. The first week we moved in, someone was shot by gang affiliation right inside the gates and they weren't even residence of the complex. The complex having a gate and security code is pointless because they just leave the exit gate open all the time so people can enter whenever they please. They choose cheap companies to update the apartments who did a sloppy job, ...crooked cabinets, painting over the outlets, "brand new" stained carped installed, paint drips throughout, chipped countertops, etc. We fell for it because of stainless steel appliances (our mistakes.) The maintenance does not fix repairs in a timely manner. At point in January it got around 30 degrees outside and our "heater" blew out cold air BECAUSE NO HEATER WAS EVER INSTALLED IN THE UNIT! Had to down grade from 1 bedroom to a studio a year ago due to raise in rent and since the move have had a some problems with ants and leaking water heater. Maintenance is pretty good and after a rough start with a new team in the leasing office grown to respect their professionalism.
