This apartment has ALOT of room for improvement. Beware the reviews from 2023 and before because I trusted them and THINGS CHANGE. Management for the apartment switched to Fusion Property Management while I was moving to Nevada. I didn't know if my lease was secured until I arrived at the leasing office. The hecticness of that move is forshadowing to some of the problems you will face if you don't heed these warnings. Repairs take FOREVER to happen and you have to be persistent. The front desk is ...
(mostly) sweet, there is a guy who jokes too much when valid issues are being raised but the rest of their crew is good at diffusing tensions. They can only do so much though and it shows in a lot of things.

We never had any issues with anything breaking (like a washer or dryer, dishwasher, etc…) no bug problems ever, and we like the added tech of the Kevo lock and Nest Thermostat controller. It made it feel very modern. We are sad that we have to move out soon, we really enjoyed the pool and the location.

We have lived here for almost 2 years now and we couldn't be happier. The community is quiet, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. The maintenance team is always on point. Its close to "Restaurant Row" right on Craig. They are building tons of new restaurants in the area. This place is up and coming! Its perfectly nestled far from the strip BUT not too far. And just a 10 minute drive to Fremont which is where mostly LV locals hang. We really love where we live.

When me and my kids lived over here we found mold in our apartment it came from water damage because it was never fixed and it took them a long time to take care of it also still has the smell in the apartment also we had run the air just not to smell it but it didn’t even help at all it got worse. I am telling y’all the truth because they will not tell y’all at all. Be careful where y’all rent from at all of these apartments especially if y’all have kids.

they quote you one price and then a week later another price I heard since they took over management they're moving out old tenants with no explanation just a letter to vacant 30 days I am very unhappy with new management we are supposed have security just had gun shot shooting in our apartment

I toured a two bedroom unit today and was VERY impressed! The apartment was completely updated w/ beautiful hard wood floors, stainless appliances, wash and dryer (major plus), and had lots of closet space. The place had everything I was looking for at a great price! The people in the office were extremely helpful/friendly. They answered all my questions and walked me through the application process. Thank you Millennium East! A work!

I took a look at the 2 bedroom model. These are beautiful! The layout is nice and has a very modern look. Spacious closets, nice appliances and countertops, wood flooring and full size washer and dryer. Even the lighting and faucets are modern. I absolutely love the private screened in balconies on the second floor. The pool is very inviting as well. Love the outdoor kitchen area and the hammocks are a nice touch! I was at this complex today and was inquiring on an apartment. I was told that a three bedroom was $916 a month not what it says on here and their own web site. The lady I spoke to was nice, but more or less dismissed me. I came home, got on this web site and noticed the price was different then what she had quoted me. This site also showed that it (their prices) had been "updated 24 minutes ago". So I printed off a copy of the listing on here plus had THEIR web site on my phone and went back and ...
showed then to her. She said there was no way it could have been updated because she had not done it herself because she didn't have the passwords (I am thinking she is new). Either way, once again she dismissed me ever so politely and sent me on my way. The prices they show on this site and their own site are grossly incorrect. I suggest you call them before you think about renting. If you go in, be sure to have $145.00 in hand. $100 to hold the apartment and $45 for the application fee. I understand this is a standard for the application fee, but the $100 surprised me since I hadn't even filled out an application yet. Be aware, they are false advertising these apartments. One more thing. I was led to believe these were "low income" apartments, they are not. They have a standard price. Nothing low income about that. This is how the new management conducts business.
