September 9, 2025Everything in the apartment complex is always broken or subpar. Elevators are constantly broke, and trash chute is always backed up. I have gone multiple days without water or power due to building issues. The front door to the building is also broken so any person, resident or non resident, can enter the building at any time. On top of all these issues, they continuously raise rent and say it is 'luxury living' without delivering luxury services. Our team works hard to ensure all problems that arise are fixed in a timely manner, nd that all concerns are addressed with the why and/or with a solution. Short term lease renewals will come at a higher premium. We have worked diligently with our revenue management team to ensure all rates are in line with the cost per square foot of the apartment and the individual features of each apartment. We also offer renewal incentives for full year lease terms. We are happy to review your NES account with you to ensure all billing is in order and there are no issues with your apartment electricity. Best Apartment Complex
August 8, 2025Absolutely love living here! They host a variety of events and movie nights for us, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into each one! The office team is helpful any time I have questions, and the maintenance guys are quick to respond to work orders and always have the property looking great. I love being able to walk to the local coffee shops and restaurants while still being close to downtown. I plan on renewing my lease when the time comesProperty Manager Responded
