    I love living at Millennium Music Row. As a professional music producer and songwriter, it offers me immediate access to my business community. And when I am not working on Music Row, I am enjoying time working out in the wonderful workout room, or relaxing by the pool. Also, I have taken part in random Apartment community events that are so awesome like, making a leather belt, holiday partys, dance lessons, its so much fun cause we never know what the Apartment administration is going to have ...

    floors and ceilings are very noisy, not enough insulation between walls. Elevators constantly going down and same with fire alarms. Management is always changing

    Love this apartment. The location is safe and walkable. Parking and overall feeling in the building is secure. I love the amenities (the gym could be a little nicer but the pool and work areas are amazing). Community is friendly and inviting. Location and walkability are my favorite parts and have made Nashville feel like a fun city while still having small town touches.

    I have loved living here! I am so happy with my apartment. When I moved in it was very clean and since I moved in without touring the property, I was happy to see it was exactly like the photos. The staff are all very kind, efficient, and effective. The amenities are very cute and very well cared for. Parking is convenient and easy. Overall, fantastic place!

    This building is horrible and in bad condition. The elevators are constantly broken, the doors don’t latch properly, the trash chute is always backed up, and the front office is rude and petty when building issues are brought up to them.

    Really nice apartment and super quiet. Kitchen is a bit outdated but the facilities and office management are great. Maintenance comes out in a flash to fix everything.
