Safe and at Peace
January 12, 2024This has been my favorite place by far. I really don't want to share because I don't want everyone knowing at this gem. This place is very quiet and everyone mind their own business. The staff is caring and friendly. The maintenance team is very quick and efficient. You are close to everything as well which is a plus for me. I love having a carport during the winter and hot summers. They offer a washer and dryer plus basement for a reasonable price. Overall the campus is clean as well. January 6, 2024I toured the 2 bedroom 1/2 bath apartment. Brenda in the office was so friendly and helpful. The apartments are so nice and the property is well kept. It is tucked away in the business district, I didn't even know it was there! When my current lease is up I will definitely look to Miller West for my next home.Property Manager Responded

Honest Review
August 11, 2023I moved into my 3bedroom Unit and its an absolute stunner! Spacious apartment and the basement is very spacious. Office staff was excellent from the time I put the application in to follow ups and lease signing everything was great. Maintenance is great i put in a work order and they were here fixing the minor issue within minutes. I am on the first floor and I read the reviews about the floors creaking etc from upstairs and i can honestly say its not that bad i can sit in complete silence and ...not hear anything from my neighbors for hours. If you listen for it of course you will hear it but its not bothersome i dont expect my neighbors to stay in one room anyways. Neighbors are friendly and parking is ok!Property Manager Responded

Terrible
December 26, 2022I hate the day i moved in here. Office personnel is terrible I’ve yet to get a copy of my signed lease. Maintenance is awful call for maintenance they come days later say they will be back and never come back for repair.. When my lease is over I’m gone. The floors creek they have rising places when is not safe. if you considering about moving here DON’T you will be very disappointed.Property Manager Responded

Wow! Love this place.
April 15, 2021Staff is the most attentive I have experienced, the apartment was super clean and everything worked when I move in. It took a little bit to get an application through due apartments rent the minute they become available, but it was worth working with the office staff to stay informed about what was open. Isn’t worth it
August 28, 2019It’s impossible to get any peace if your apartment is on the first floor. You can hear the doors constantly slamming, the mail box doors being constantly slammed, the creeks when the people above you are walking and you can even hear their conversations it’s like living in the same exact apartment with them. Not to mention the day I got my apartment I noticed things weren’t cleaned properly the bathroom toilet, bath and sink was dirty and their was things left under my sink from the previous ...owner !! There is no pool or playground these apartments are nowhere near worth the price they ask for.Property Manager Responded

Miller West Apartments
August 15, 2015Yes complex is a great place to live. Each building has 4 units each with a separate basement with a washer/dryer hookup for each unit that has it's own locked entrance. Each unit has Berber carpet throughout except for the kitchen and bathroom. Second floor units have balconies. The grounds are very well maintained. The common areas are cleaned each week .
