Nice buildings. (Until the cameras go up)Private, good spacing from your neighbors. No parking. Trash trucks come Fifty times a day... Very loud parking lot and stairways. Pretty sure my 1 neighbor owns all the parking stalls outside my building then parks in front of my unit.

Dirty and poorly maintained apartment. We cleaned it ourselves. Ruben was helpful, and did what he could. Still waiting on maintenance. They quickly fixed major issues like fire alarm batteries missing, but they were missing when we moved in.
Location is nice, close to lots of cool stuff and the highway. Garage parking is very nice and super easy. Parking would suck without it. Overall, as soon as maintenance catches up, we’re happy with the place.
