Really nice place
November 25, 2025Really nice place. Super clean and the apartments are big and modern. The pool and hot tub are way bigger than I expected, and the 24/7 gym is huge. New move-in & very happy!
April 9, 2021We moved into the Millpond Apartments on Monday, April 5th, 2021. We are very satisfied with the apartment. Upon moving into the apartment my wife and I had some questions which were promptly answered and fixed. The apartment is new which makes moving into the apartment very nice. The manager and the assistant have been very open to input from us and are very sociable, positive and personable. When we initially arrived, after hours, wanting to find out more about the apartment, the assistant ...and the manager, stayed longer to answer our questions. Despite staying past closing, they made sure we felt very comfortable and at ease as they informed us and were very interested in ensuring our questions and concerns were answered in a clear and concise manner. We did not feel were being pushed out the door and was being asked to return the next day. The amenities are very nice - I have personally used the exercise area which is excellent - great. The pool was not open since I went to the exercise late in the evening, about 8pm. I strongly recommend considering Millpond Apartments if you are looking for an apartment that is close to the freeway and shopping areas are close by.Property Manager Responded
