Millpond Manor is a NO!
August 21, 2024Stay away unless you want to be disappointed! They do nothing to take care of this place. Nothing is ever updated or fixed. They raise the rent every year! We’ve had 5 managers in the last year and a half. We have no maintenance and they won’t pay for a good one. Your rent will be half of your income. It’s a wonderful location, but a terrible place to live.Review from Apartments.com

July 10, 2024Currently there is no on-site management, 07-10-2024. Should complete on-site inspection. Daily maintenance is almost non-existent. Local management & maintenance personnel is in flux. Older property and updating carpets painting, etc is almost non-existent.Review from Apartments.com
