Declining Conditions, Safety Concerns, and Poor Management
January 6, 2026I’ve lived here for four years and have never been late on rent. I asked for a one-time courtesy waiver of a late fee and was told no due to “fair housing,” which the leasing agent couldn’t even explain. This is especially frustrating since management has offered to waive late fees in the past when I was between jobs even though I still paid ON TIME and IN FULL. Rent increases 5% every year, yet nothing has been updated. There are ongoing water leak issues, and maintenance never returned to ...repaint my ceiling after fixing a pipe months ago. The parking lot looks rundown most of the time, and trash is constantly scattered around the dumpster area and there is an excessive amount of stray cats and dog waste throughout the property, which is disgusting. To make matters worse, all of the apartments are carpeted, which feels unsanitary given the overall cleanliness issues. Safety has also become a serious concern. Shootings and car break-ins have increased significantly in this community, so be cautious if you’re considering moving here. On top of that, the leasing office allows neighbors to make complaints without any proof. Overall, the leasing office is unprofessional and shows no appreciation for long-term residents. I will not be renewing my lease. This was the final straw.Property Manager Responded

Living in an apartment and townhome community is a shared space, and unfortunately, the conditions or conduct of an inconsiderate neighbor can negatively affect the quality of another resident’s enjoyment. My Home Is Great
April 7, 2025Terry, Kiara, Erica, and Joe work very well together. They have done a great job making sure that I not only moved in smoothly, but my ESA was properly accounted for with the necessary paperwork. I appreciate the option of Flex, how staff helped me bring in a former resident’s mail into the office to make they it is returned to them, how close everything is like trash, my mailbox, as well as the gym, and community activities. 1 month update!
December 13, 2024I’ve been a resident since 11/1/2024 and from the initial tour until now I can say the experience has been stellar. Kiara who toured and was my first point of contact answered all necessary questions for both myself and my cousin, I went home and immediately applied, I was able to have a turnaround of 24 hours for the entire application process! This was of course due to me providing all necessary documentation and filled the application completely out and worked diligently to provide all that ...was needed! I was able to move in on my expected move in date with no issues. Erica who runs the property does an amazing job and assists with any questions I may have when no leasing consultants are available. The entire staff was very professional, knowledgeable and personable! Terry is always my support system on Saturdays and beyond, If any concerns she always addresses them in a timely fashion! I truly love the office and the neighborhood so far very convenient to shop, work and school! December 4, 2024I love living here. I feel safe.The grou ds are well kept. Grass is always cut in summer and in the winter leaves are removed. I also feel safe. No loud music, and neighbors always walk their dogs on their leash The Ladies in the office are very friendly and always help if I come into the office.
