December 16, 2025Upon me moving in first month I had a mouse ! Sink always breaks! Furnace always stinks! Walls cracked! Just extremely old. The neighbors are very loud and nosey!!! This is not a community to call home! The office staff doesn’t tend to your concerns, but maintenance is amazing overall. Would not recommend would not move back !!! Oh and let’s not forget roaches ! Great Community
February 20, 2024Millstream Village is a quiet community and is so close to shopping and metro parks. It has a dog park to take my dog to for socialization and common areas that have park benches to sit on. I love the pond in the front of the community as well. AMAZING
July 24, 2021I love it here, customer service is awesome, maintenance come pretty quickly to help. My only issue is that I not need a 3 bedroom or a lot more storage space. I did have an issue with mice in the winter because I am by woods and what look like flying ants coming out my sink (I know gross) but the rent office took really good care of me and my family during that time. I was skeptical due to them moving my townhome because the one I was originally moving into needed some serious help. So they ...rushed us into this one and didn’t have time to pull the carpet. Other than that, it’s been pretty good. Nice neighborhood very quiet which I Loveeeeeee. My issues were resolved quick and I appreciate Millstream for everything and helping us with comfortably and peace.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Don't be fooled by the free golf scam!
February 12, 2017After I had lived at the apartment for a few months, I went into the office to ask how to get the tokens for free golf. They told me that, unfortunately, the free golf was only for "new residents". They had never said anything about that before; my understanding was that I could access the free golf as long as I was a resident. Don't be fooled by these people!Review from Apartments.com
