Good place to live!
June 1, 2021I have lived at Millwood Estates apartments for a little over 5 years, and I understand the bad reviews and they are not wrong, as in the previous administrations there were some problems that really bothered the residents, but with the new administration a lot is changing for the better. Here is the best rental price in the area, great location, close to schools, Costco, Walmart, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, I-5 and 405. New staff has made all the difference!
May 10, 2021The staff change that happened after I moved here has been amazing. I used to struggle to get anything basic repaired, for months. Now we have Suzy & next day fixes. She actually cares about any issues & makes sure it's taken care of. Love it here.Property Manager Responded

Michael no longer works here
March 11, 2020The Michael from all the five-star reviews has moved on... and it's painfully obvious. I'm not even a tenant yet and the difference in communication is jarring. Curt, detached, and they don't put in effort. As a renter we have a choice, and it's super easy to not choose woeful management. ... yes, it's cheap. And if you're like me you'll roll the dice on a cheap option for six mo. Take it from me, and the experience those dice throws have provided, the "professional insincerity" you'll be ...dealing with here isn't worth a nickle. It's not malicious... they're not out to hurt you. They're just not there to help you either. "I am not understanding and confused by your email." You and me both.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live

Get what you pay for ..
March 29, 2019The price is (was) right, but that’s about it. Trash constantly builds up at the garbage locations, residents are constantly parking illegally, in fire lanes and in the wrong assigned spots. Management has asked for our vehicle info ( no exaggeration) 4x in the last 3 months which is just a window into there incompetence. The indoor pool you see in the picture has been closed for about 75% of the time I’ve lived here. Similarly, the basketball court has also been closed for about 8month. When ...Ive inquired, they said they were “waiting for a light”. So either this “light “ is the rarest item known to man... or they are lying. The price was great but now that is going up. Can’t recommend this place at the new prices as you can find places at the same price that don’t have you living in filth and dealing with inept managementProperty Manager Responded
