About Millworx

Welcome to Millworx, named for its re-envisioned and luxurious project on the old Idaho Veneer mill site in central Post Falls. We have four brand new communities: Heartwood at Millworx and West 44, both have two apartment buildings offering studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes ranging from 530-1128 sq ft. Our newest apartment community, North Yards at Millworx, offers studios, 1 and 2 bedroom homes with several different floorplans tailored to your needs. This community has an elevator for your convenience as well. Our other community is Ridgeworx at Timberworx which are high-end townhomes offering 2-3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. These pet-friendly communities are situated close to main roads, giving residents access to I-90 and a variety of shops, restaurants, breweries, parks and trails. We are a brand-new apartment and townhome community that are integrated along the Spokane River and a short drive to Coeur d'Alene or Spokane, WA.
