August 13, 2024Love my apartment and the area, convenient to everything Raleigh Cary Durham. The pool and staff are always helpful, Bekah is amazing. It’s a peaceful and serene place. My opinion is that it doesn’t seem to be insulated for sound transfer. I can hear everything and everyone coming and going. My A/C serves as white noise and once the trees are mature enough to buffer sound. The trash valet is a great feature. The pool is gorgeous and there’s a lot of lovely people here.Property Manager Responded

April 12, 2024It’s an ok place to live, nothing really special. I feel that you really don’t get much for how much you pay every month. Old appliances, no washer or dryers, apartment interior is pretty dated, and also the interior hallways and stairs of the apartment buildings rarely get cleaned, they’ll stay dirty for awhile. There’s really no system to how you pick up your packages, just have to go to front office and hope it’s there. The only good thing is really the gym, maybe the pool is decent, and the ...front office staff are pretty cool. But besides that I just feel like the amount I pay for rent is crazy compared to what I get.Property Manager Responded
