The location of the apartments are nice, the layout is good. I wish the apartments themselves were cared for more after one resident moves out to keep the consitency from what was shown during consultation to move in.

Apartments are good and well-maintained especially for the price, but a lot of the residents and hence their pets are feral. I do not know how to fix this, but if you are okay with that, the staff, management, and overall value are great if you don't mind noise and don't care about the grounds.
