September 8, 2015Such a friendly staff! I communicate via e-mail which is very convenient since i am usually working during office hours. They always respond either the same day or early the next day. Maintenance is always prompt and extremely helpful! They always give me a few days notice if they need to enter the apartment. The apartments themselves are great! I happened to move into a unit that a prior tenant had lived in for a long time. As a result, my bathroom was redone as well as my kitchen. They also ...have pest control services that come monthly which is a huuuuge plus for me. The complex is located across the street from a regular neighborhood(and close to an elementary school) which makes you feel a bit more safe. So far so good
July 30, 2015I have been living here for a couple of months now and haven't had any problems. The apartments are clean and a fair rate for the area, and it includes everything but electric/cable. The only reason I could see myself leaving is to get closer to work (taking 422 to King of Prussia in the morning or afternoons usually takes me 30 minutes), or to be able to have a dog (only cats are allowed). All in all it's a pretty nice place in a quiet area.Review from Apartments.com

July 28, 2015I have lived at Mingo Apartments for over 4 years now. I have to say it was the best move i have ever made. I support myself and it is the cheapest rent for a one bedroom in the Royersford area, but no worries, because you undoubtedly get your money's worth here. I live in an upgraded one bedroom apartment which includes full kitchen (all appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal) and my own laundry room right in my bedroom. I have a living room twice the size of most complexs' in the area, enough ...to fit an entire sectional and home gym. It is a very quiet apartment complex as the only thing i may hear from neighbors is their front door closing. It is safe and well lit at all times and plenty of parking. John is the maintenance man and anytime i have any issue, he is there the very same day. Paula, who works at the office is very helpful and always polite. Like i said, i have been here for over 4 years and don't plan on moving anywhere else because of the value and pleasantness of Mingo. They also offer pay online rent which is very convenient. July 27, 2015We have loved living here. We have been here about 7 years. The rooms are spacious and the staff and maintenance are superb. We are raising our 6yr old here and it's home. My only complaint is that our neighbors below is smoke in there apartment and it leaks considerably into our apartment. I wish it was a smoke free building. And rent keeps rising every year making it harder and harder for us to stay here. We love it and want to stay. Rent free would be a blessing.Review from Apartments.com
Reasonable rent and quiet living
July 25, 2015If you don't want to hear your neighbors doing whatever it is they do up there, this might be the place for you. Mingo Apartments have concrete floors/ceilings, and I've never had a quieter apartment. The rent is reasonable and it's in a nice and safe suburban neighborhood. The management folks are responsive and very nice; I've never had a problem go unattended. The two-bedrooms are super-spacious with laundry hookups. Gotta love Mingo.Review from Apartments.com
Mingo is great!
July 23, 2015I've been at Mingo for two years and couldn't be happier. It's a pleasant, quiet place to live. The private entrances make it feel more like a home and less like an apartment. The few issues I've had have been quickly addressed by maintenance and resolved. The office staff and property management quickly respond to all requests and are always happy to help. July 23, 2015Close to all major shopping venues including the outlets and KOP mall and schools. Staff is great and helpful. Owner is always making improvements on the grounds and buildings. Best kept secret i've found!
July 21, 2015I love this Apt complex, it's the best apartment complex around here! Been here over a year, never want to move. It's well kept, maintenance, if there is any issue; is almost instant, and the on site building manager is awesome. She knows the area so well she's got a great answer for everything you could need.People here are so friendly, I wish I had known about it years ago. It's just a few blocks to the 422 bypass, close to great shopping at either the Philadelphia premium outlets or King of ...Prussia mall. And it's in a town with lots of charm! Cat and Person approved
July 21, 2015The apartment is spacious and well laid out with plenty of storage (i.e. places the cat can hide). The windows offer great views onto the courtyard and the backyard which are full of trees and bunnies and squirrels (which the cat loves to watch). The windows also provide an exceptional amount of natural light makes for a pleasant environment and the cross breeze is hard to beat (the cat agrees). July 21, 2015From the day I moved into Mingo Apartments about 4 years ago, I have felt at home. Not only is the environment in a residential area, nicely set in the suburbs of Royersford, but there is a great sense of security in the friendly demeanor of the Mingo staff and the other neighbors that live in Mingo. I am a single mother with an 11 year old son and myself and my son know our neighbors and have nice relationships with them. We all look out for each other which has built Mingo into a close ...community. The Mingo staff are always professional , friendly, and respond in a timely fashion.
